Absentee Ballot requests by mail or email will not be honored after 5:00 today, Friday, April 3rd. IN PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING CAN STILL BE COMPLETED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH THE COUNTY CLERK UNTIL 8:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY NIGHT, APRIL 5TH. IF YOU WISH TO CAST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT IN PERSON, CONTACT SHERRIL ANDERSON AT 920-460-4732.
The deadline for requesting an absentee ballot has been extended to 5:00 today, Friday, April 3rd. Voters can request an absentee ballot be mailed to them via fax (715-866-4969) or e-mail ([email protected]). Requests must include the voter’s full name, date of birth and a copy of your state issued photo ID. If the ID copy is a problem…and you have a smart phone…you can simply take a picture of the ID and text it to Sherril Anderson (Town Clerk) at 920-460-4732.
The deadline for receipt of absentee ballots has been extended to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13th; there is no requirement for a “postmarked by” deadline. This means that if you mail or drop off your absentee ballot by next Monday, your vote will be counted!
If you are unable to obtain a witness signature due to self isolation, you need simply attach a written statement explaining that you were not able to have a witness sign your envelope.
We have a dropbox set up at the Town Hall today (Friday, April 3rd) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will have one again on Tuesday during regular voting hours (7;00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
