Absentee voting is now open for the Spring Election to be held at the Oakland Town Hall on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Contests to be decided in this election include: Court of Appeals Judge for District 3, County Supervisor, and School Board Member for the Webster School District. In addition, the Town of Oakland will be conducting an Advisory Referendum soliciting input from voters regarding the Town Hall and the future of campgrounds in the Township.
Voters wishing to cast an absentee ballot may request one online at My Vote WI or by contacting the Town Clerk, Sherril Anderson, at 715-866-8213 or 920-460-4732. As soon as a request is received, your absentee ballot will be mailed to you. Ballots must be returned via mail or by personal delivery to the Clerk; use of the dropbox installed at the Town Hall is not an option for this election due to a recent ruling by the Waukesha County Circuit Court. Alternately, voters can request to cast their absentee ballots in person by contacting the Clerk at the numbers indicated above. All ballots must be received by the Clerk no later than 8:00 p.m.on Election Day.
