It is illegal to place any type of sign (advertising, no trespassing, political advertising, et al) within the road right-of-way on any road in the Town of Oakland.  Such signs will be removed by town employees beginning Friday, November 17th.  The road right-of way extends 33′ from the center of the road on either side.  If you have questions, please contact Town Chairman Wayne Larrabee at 715-866-4444.
