Main St. in Webster, a Special Town Meeting of Electors will be held pursuant to sec. 60.12 (1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statutes, called by the Town Board for the following purposes:       To approve the total 2020 highway expenditures pursuant to sec. 81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes; and       To adopt the 2019 town tax levy to be paid in 2020, pursuant to sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.       The regular Monthly Meeting will follow these two meetings.       Dated this October 28, 2019.   Sherril Anderson, Clerk

Volunteers Needed to Revise Comprehensive Land Use Plan

The Town of Oakland is looking for 7-9 volunteers to help with the effort to update the Town’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan.  Anyone interested in vollunteering should contact Wayne Larrabee, Town Chair, at 715-866-4444 and plan to attend our Town Board Meeting on October 10th at the Webster Fire Hall at 7:00 p.m.  Those selected will be asked to attend planning sessions prior to our February and March meetings with the intent of having a completed plan ready for approval by the May 2020 Town Board Meeting.
