Absentee Ballots for November 3rd Election Are in the Mail!: Absentee ballots for all applications received through today will be in the mail today, September 17, 2020!  You can track the progress of your ballot, both when it was sent and when it is received back in the Clerk's Office, online at MyVoteWI.gov. Absentee ballots can be returned three ways:  1) by mail; 2) deposited at the secure dropbox in the door of the Oakland Town Hall (27826 Lone Pine Road, Webster); or 3) dropped off at the polling place (Oakland Tow Hall, 27826 Lone Pine Road, Webster) on election day (November 3, 2020). Please keep in mind that in order to be counted, your ballot must be received by the Town Clerk no later than 8:00 p.m. on November 3rd.  If you are utilizing the mail-in option, please do so as soon as possible. If you wish to vote absentee and have not yet requested an application, you can do so online at MyVoteWI.gov.  You can also cast your absentee vote in person by contacting Sherril Anderson at the numbers above and scheduling an appointment.

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting for the Town of Oakland will be held at:

The intent of this meeting is to review and approve the Town’s updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 66.1001. 


The updated plan is intended to set the Town of Oakland’s vision for the for each of the comprehensive planning elements.  The town’s planning goals are broad statements of community values and public preferences for the long term (20 years or more).  Implementation of this comprehensive plan will result in the achievement of these goals by the year 2030.  Copies of the Plan are available from the Town Clerk, Sherril Anderson (715-866-8213), and on the town website (townofoaklandwi.com).



The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors will follow.
